[03 Feb 2005|08:59pm] my anniversary was yesterday, robert and i went to hollywood and built a bear. his name is joshua and he wears a spiderman shirt every day. i'm getting used to downey high already, but it still feels new. and i don't know where anything is. i feel like a freshman, even though i went there for two years. whenever i go to class or the bathroom or the office, people ask me where robert is. are you looking for him? he's in his class. we're two different people. my hair is growing and i'm not cutting it or dying it for a while (sorry karen, but we should still hang out & i'll still pay for your lunch) i had to write an essay about myself in public speaking. i'm so awful at writing about myself. you know that from reading this journal. i just rant about things. dumb things. i've been writing letters to some of you (brittney, carly, megan, joey, ashley, vicky) and i will never send them. because i'll never have money for postage. and if i do, i will spend it on chimichangas. my birthday is february sixteenth. if any of you want to write me letters that you will never send, i'd like that. but i'd like it more if you sent them. with cash-money inside. everything is fine. 11 comments|post comment

new semester. [31 Jan 2005|06:00pm] i don't like downey high. there are too many people there and i don't like that our school has two different lunches. and i made a realization while i was there today: one of the last stages of evolution is going on. all of the girls are looking more like boys and all of the boys are looking more like girls. we're becoming one master gender! remember how big breasts used to be in the 80's? and how muscular the men were? it's happening, watch out. oh, and jen ballera, mr. steward says hi and that you're one of the smartest students he's ever had other than me, but he just said that because he was talking to me at the time. and he asked what you were up to and i said "honestly i have no idea; i think she's a poli sci major" and he said "yeah i knew it" and got distracted with someone on water polo. photo courtesy of bryan rowe. 24 comments|post comment
